I work with executives, leadership teams, and boards facing high-stakes decision-making under complexity, where traditional leadership models and isolated AI tools are no longer sufficient.
My role is to support executive decision quality by integrating:
- Leadership maturity assessments
- Organization-grounded leadership team facilitation and mentoring
- AI-enabled decision support
I operate as an Executive Advisor, Fractional Chief AI Officer, and Advisory Board Member, helping organizations design decision systems that remain human-centered while becoming more precise, scalable, and future-ready.
Foundations of my work
Developmental science — grounded in the adult development research of Otto Laske and Robert Kegan, applied directly to leadership capability, talent decisions, and governance.
Institutional leadership experience — 18 years inside the European Commission, where I worked with senior management on strategy, organizational development, evaluation systems, and large-scale change from within complex public institutions.
AI as decision infrastructure — co-developing AI agents that augment executive sensemaking, making what once required long, exclusive engagements more precise and accessible.
I am not active in wellness markets or generic training.
My work sits at the intersection of executive judgment, institutional responsibility, and AI-augmented leadership.
